These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements between Istranka d.o.o. (“Sloverdia DMC”, “we”, “us”) and its partners (“Client”, “Partner”).

1. Scope of Services



Sloverdia DMC provides ground handling and destination services in Slovenia and surrounding regions, including:

  • Accommodation arrangements

  • Transfers and transportation

  • Guided tours and excursions

  • Event and incentive organization

  • Tailor-made itineraries



All services are provided based on written proposals and confirmations.



2. Contract Formation

  • A binding agreement is concluded upon written confirmation (email or signed contract).

  • The confirmed proposal forms an integral part of this agreement.

  • Any additional services must be agreed in writing.



3. Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in EUR

  • Prices are net and non-commissionable unless agreed otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change due to:

    • Exchange rate fluctuations

    • Supplier cost increases

    • Changes in taxes or government fees



Confirmed bookings are price-protected unless otherwise specified.



4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be defined in each offer or contract.

  • Standard terms:

    • Deposit: [30% upon confirmation]

    • Balance: [e.g. 60–14 days prior to arrival]

  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services.



5. Cancellation Policy



Cancellation conditions are specified per project in contract or written agreement.



Non-refundable services (e.g. tickets, special bookings) will be clearly indicated.



6. Amendments

  • All changes must be submitted in writing.

  • The Sloverdia DMC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.

  • Additional costs may apply.



7. Client Responsibilities



The Client is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate guest information

  • Ensuring travelers have valid travel documents

  • Informing guests about itinerary details and conditions

  • Other travel informations



8. DMC Responsibilities



Sloverdia DMC agrees to:

  • Deliver services with professional care and diligence

  • Select reliable local suppliers

  • Provide support during program execution



9. Liability

  • Sloverdia DMC acts as an intermediary between the Client and third-party suppliers.

  • Sloverdia DMC is not liable for:

    • Acts or omissions of third-party providers

    • Personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip

  • Liability is limited to the total value of the contracted services.



10. Force Majeure



The Sloverdia DMC is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemics

  • Strikes

  • Government restrictions



In such cases, both parties will seek fair solutions.



11. Confidentiality



Both parties agree to:

  • Keep confidential all business, pricing, and operational information

  • Not disclose information to third parties without consent



12. Data Protection



Both parties agree to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when handling personal data.



13. Complaints

  • Any complaints must be reported immediately during service delivery.

  • Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days after service completion.



14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the court in Koper in Slovenia.



15. Website Use

  • Content on this website is for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.



16. Final Provisions

  • These Terms supersede all previous agreements.

  • Any deviations must be agreed in writing.
